"Hello, I am Martin Small, and I am a Holocaust survivor." Small, along with his wife, Doris Small, spoke Monday night to a packed Science Amphitheatre. With a riveting speech, he recalled details of the haunting genocide that happened only sixty years ago. "I tell you this so the voices of the murdered will be heard." Small, a poet and artist, also presented some of his work themed around his experience of the Holocaust. One piece, in particular, is powerfully marked with the words, "Remember Us." Small concluded, "I was there. I was a witness. And I am a victim."
