From a brown leather sofa chair on the east wall of his new, spacious office, CSU Interim President Tony Frank takes a much-needed moment to breathe.
"Everyone wants to know what my plans are, but I've only had about 120 hours in this office to think about it," he says, revealing a fatigued smile beneath his self-described "Todd Helton" goatee.

When a team has 25 losses in one season as CSU did last year, there are going to be plenty of chances for revenge the next season.
After throttling the Grizzlies of Montana last Friday, the CSU men's basketball team hopes to exact revenge on some Bears when their nearest rival, the University of Northern Colorado comes knocking on Moby Arena's doors on Nov.

After two and a half months of intramural flag football chaos, it all came down to championship games on Sunday. Eight teams came to play, but only four were crowned champions. After it was all said and done, I had guessed 7 out of the 8 teams that made it to the championships, but only went 1 for 3 on my championship picks, guessing the co-rec champion correctly.

Ever since the turn of the millennium, many film franchises have taken to starting over; reinventing themselves for this modern era. From superheroes like Batman and Superman to age old classics such as Rocky and Rambo, these franchises have been going back to the drawing board to pull in ticket sales. The James Bond series is no different. In 2006, Daniel Craig was added to the ranks of actors who have portrayed James Bond, including Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan.

The aftermath of the election saw Sen. John McCain suffer an enormous defeat as seen in fighting in the Republican Party on the issue of whether the party is too conservative, or not conservative enough. Unfortunately, it looks as if the faction that believes the GOP is not conservative enough will win, which will almost certainly push the GOP to becoming more of a regional party and continue to suffer defeat at the national stage.

It's anybody's game
In the first week of the playoffs, there were upsets all across the board. Teams who have been playing under the radar all season long have finally decided to turn it on .I am really excited to see some more low ranked teams knock off the big boys. In my brackets, out of the total 37 games played, I guessed 30 correctly. That's 81%, not shabby at all. In this piece, I am going to give you my teams rising with momentum, teams needing to pick up their game, and my surprise teams coming into the final week before the championships. I will also give you my prediction of the teams that I believe will bring home the championship. Don't forget about registration this week for the racquetball, badminton, and turkey tug-o-war tournaments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Volleyball and 3v3 basketball playoffs start this week as well.
